NIPR offers Electronic Company Appointment Renewals for selected States

 

*IMPORTANT REMINDER*

Company Search note:

Please note that the invoice number input field is one of the many options available to access the existing appointment renewal invoices. Since most customers do not have access to the invoice number prior to renewing their appointment renewals this field is not typically used in the initial search. The best fields to use for the initial search are NAIC Cocode or Fein.

NIPR Credit Card Payment Option

Credit Card Payments may only be submitted for amounts less than $60,000.00. Please choose an alternative payment method for any invoice over that amount.

NIPR Electronic Check Payment Option

To use the NIPR electronic "Pay by Check" payment option for your appointment renewal payments, authorization by your financial institution may be required.

This will prevent any delays in getting your payment and appointment renewal processed through NIPR to the participating states.

NOTE - PAPER CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR PROCESSING:

State Specific Notes:

Iowa - Iowa renewals open January 2nd through March 15th, 2014.

Kentucky - Appointment renewals for 2015 will be for the Property, Casualty, Personal Lines and Other Lines Life, Health and Variable Life / Variable Annuity. Please note – if renewal is not paid by Close of Business (4 pm CST) March 31, a penalty (double payment) will be applied on April 1. Appointments will expire on July 1 if appointment renewal is not paid by Close of Business (4 pm CST) June 30.

New Mexico - Motor Club company appointments are excluded from electronic appointment renewals. Appointees who are not CE compliant will not be on the renewal list.

Louisiana - Please note, if renewal is not paid by Close of Business (4 pm CDT) March 1, 2015, a late fee of $10 per appointment will be applied beginning March 2, 2015. Appointments will expire on May 1, 2015 if appointment renewal is not paid by Close of Business (4 pm CST) April 30, 2015.

Illinois – All appointments submitted between November 1st and December 15th are still due for renewal before December 31st annually or the appointment will be cancelled. Updated invoices will be posted on NIPR December 19.
