Attachments
Warehouse accepts attachments from both individual and business entity/agency
producers. |
|
State
Interface |
There are
two entry points for regulators into the Attachments Warehouse: #1 –
State Interface will have the link (“Electronic
Attachment”) (if the producer has entered data for a notification
and added an attachment) that will take you directly to the producer’s information
screen. |
Gateway
Access |
#2 –
States not using the State Interface can click on the link in the NIPR
Gateway labeled: “Attachments Warehouse.”
Access is based upon the sign-in to the Gateway being a State
regulator sign-in and not an industry sign-in. Enter the
identification of the producer into the appropriate fields. If more than one producer is identified by
the data, a “hit list” of the various producers will display under the search
screen with a “Submit” at the end of each option. After clicking “Submit” button the data for
that producer will display. If the
identification of the producer is only for one producer, the data for that
producer will display. |
Producer Display |
The
producer’s identification will display with a listing of the attachments they
have added. By clicking on the name of
the document, it will take you to the next screen. |
Document Details |
This
screen gives the details of the document selected. It will ·
Highlight the
categories selected by the producer that this attachment covers. ·
Display the
