State Specific Requirements for Non-Resident Initial Licensing (All Applicants)
Every applicant applying for a Washington Non-Resident initial license must meet or be aware of the following requirements:
- Individuals who hold inactive WA licenses can:
- Reinstate their license 61 - 365 days after expiration date through WA OIC
- Reissue a license that was canceled prior to its expiration date which is still in the future through WA OIC
- Reapply for a license that expired more than 365 days after the expiration date through WA OIC at: https://fortress.wa.gov/oic/onlineservices/Login.aspx?module=LSE.
