License Printing

State Specific Individual Requirements for initial application

Every individual applicant for a New Mexico non-resident license must meet the following requirements:

Background question documentation must be submitted via the NIPR Attachment Warehouse at: https://pdb.nipr.com/docMgmt/main.html
Canadian citizens may apply electronically with a US resident license.
Applicants cannot apply for Life (Excluding Health) + Life, Accident & Health or Accident & Health + Life, Accident & health.
Applicants cannot apply for Fraternal Life and Fraternal Life, Accident & Health simultaneously.
Applicants applying for Variable Contracts will also need to be applying for or actively hold Life (Excluding Health) or Life, Accident & Health in jurisdiction.
Applicants applying for Variable Contracts must supply the CRD number and be registered with FINRA
Applicants applying for Vehicle line of authority must actively hold Property AND Casualty or Personal Lines in their resident state.
Business email is required.

State Specific Business Entity Requirements for initial application

Every business entity applicant for a New Mexico non-resident license must meet the following requirements:

Background question documentation must be submitted via the NIPR Attachment Warehouse at: https://pdb.nipr.com/docMgmt/main.html
At least one DRLP must be entered on the application and must hold an active individual license in New Mexico, whether resident or non-resident.
Applicants cannot apply for Life (Excluding Health) + Life, Accident & Health or Accident & Health + Life, Accident & health.
Applicants cannot apply for Fraternal Life and Fraternal Life, Accident & Health simultaneously.
Applicants applying for Variable Contracts will also need to be applying for or actively hold Life (Excluding Health) or Life, Accident & Health in jurisdiction.
Applicants applying for Vehicle line of authority must actively hold Property AND Casualty or Personal Lines in their resident state.
Applicants cannot apply for both Fraternal Life and Fraternal Life, Accident & Health simultaneously
Applicants cannot apply for both Fraternal Life, Accident & Health and Life Accident & Health simultaneously
