Applicants renewing a Surplus Lines Broker license must hold an active Agent- Non Resident license with the LOA of Agent - Property (PDB 3137) and Agent - Casualty (PDB 3134) or renew simultaneously. Individual
Applicants renewing Agent - Variable Products in GA must actively hold or renew Agent - Life (PDB Code 3135). Individual
Applicants renewing Principal Agency - Variable Products in GA must actively hold or renew Principal Agency - Life (PDB Code 5133). Business
Applicants renewing Branch Agency - Variable Products in GA must actively hold or renew Branch Agency - Life (PDB Code 5139). Business
At least one DRLP must be provided on application. *Exception: Rental Company - NonResident, Self-Storage Provider-Nonresident, & Retail Vendors of PEI do not require a DRLP Business
