90 Day Notice
- Changes to the NIPR or PDB Transaction Layout Document
- New fields or segments added
- Changes in length or format to any existing field or segment
- Deletion of any field or segment currently in use

30 Day Notice
- Changes to an existing application that would require programming changes
from a third party vendor
- Pricing Changes
- Legislative changes that have an effective date that is at least 30 days
in the future. These changes would effect business rules in effect
or state offering changes, additions or deletions.
- Release of new products where front end and back end are solely used by NIPR

14 Day Notice
- Planned, defined use of fields or segments that currently exist in the layout
document but have not been used before
- Planned, defined use of a field that currently exists and is used but has not
been used for a particular state before

7 Day Notice
- Changes in state offerings that we were not made aware of until the state
began submitting the new offerings
- Resolutions to problems that are causing or preventing from receiving, sending,
loading or responding to transactions either by NIPR or by the customer end

No Notice Necessary
- Enhancements, bug fixes that are not affecting any customers other than Internal
NIPR or NAIC
- Internal product releases, enhancements, bug fixes
