Owners, Partners, Officers, and Directors (Business Entity Only)

This screen is used to indicate the Owners, Partners, Officers, and/or Directors (OPOD) associated with a Business Entity license application:

 

 

OPOD entities can include both individual and corporate (firm) entities, and can also include both entities with actual ownership, as well as entities that do not have ownership, but still possess voting interests in the associate business entity.

 

The "Add More" button can be used to provide additional entities. You may add both individual and firm entities to this page.

 

Please Note: If you provide entities with ownership (i.e. if Owner is set to "Yes" for one or more entities on this screen), the total sum of their ownership must equal exactly 100%.
