CCR User Menu

The Contact Change Menu allows you to select to edit physical addresses, email addresses, and/or phone numbers for the currently-selected licensee:

 

 

At least one edit must be made within one of these screens in order to continue to the next screen in the Contact Change Request workflow.

 

You may make as many edits as you wish before proceeding with your Contact Change Request submittal.
